A Note from the Director
Hello. I'm Bill Arnold, new Director at HatchBridge Incubator. As you can imagine, there is a lot involved in changing leadership in an organization like HatchBridge, and we are making progress in new programming, new directions, and new offerings. What's not changing is the cultural base of what we stand for. We are builder-focused, high-touch, community-centered, and accountability-driven. Shorter version: We exist to help you succeed. Tell me: How can we help?
Seriously, we need your input. And I'd love to hear from you directly. [email protected] is the direct path to let me know what we are doing right (don't change!), what you wish we were doing, and what we do that just doesn't matter to you. No promises about results, but if you don't reach out, we can't build the very best support system for YOU.
Have a great month!
Bill
Upcoming Events
Resident Roundtable
Friday, June 5
10:00 am - 11:00 am | 📍HatchBridge Incubator
Resident Roundtable is a peer-driven support forum for HatchBridge residents. Facilitated by HatchBridge staff, it is designed to help active founders share insights, solve problems, and accelerate their journey through mutual support and collaboration.
This is not another lecture or formal workshop. It is a dedicated space where founders bring what they are navigating right now and lean on the experience, ideas, and input of others who are building alongside them.
Instructor
A HatchBridge Staff Member will facilitate the peer discussion.
Who Should Attend
Active HatchBridge residents who are currently building and want a structured space to share what they are navigating, get input from peers, and contribute from their own experience.
Slice & Advice: LinkedIn for Customer Discovery
Friday, June 12
12:00 pm - 1:30 pm | 📍HatchBridge Incubator
Customer discovery is the work that happens before assumptions become products, and LinkedIn is one of the most direct tools founders have for doing it. This Slice & Advice session with Bill Arnold focuses on how to use LinkedIn as a structured outreach and research tool: how to find the right contacts, how to start conversations that generate real insight, and how to build a repeatable process for gathering customer intelligence. You will leave with a framework for identifying target segments on the platform, language for outreach that invites conversation rather than closing it down, and a clearer sense of how to move from anecdotal validation to patterns you can build on.
